Meet the editor 

Welcome to my blog and thanks for dropping by!                       

My name is Orla Lindsay, editor and creator of Pretty On A Penny a Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle blog.

I’ve always had a love for Fashion & Beauty and have been lucky enough to work for some great companies like Coast, Forever 21 and Skechers to name but a few. With each job I got to learn so much, from merchandising and styling to meeting some of Ireland’s top stylists.

Last February I started as an intern for Irish Consumer and got to learn all about the world of blogging, writing/editing a blog post and got to attend some seriously glamorous events.

Through shadowing the editor, aka my gorgeous sister Caitriona Lindsay, I got to see first hand the ins and outs of what it takes to run a successful blog but also the hard work and dedication that goes in. With everything that I learned I decided to take the leap and start my own blog Pretty On A Penny!  You can still catch me guest blogging from time to time on www.irishconsumer.com, check it out!
